Product Owner

As a Product Owner for the Palantir Platform at General Mills in Mumbai, your role will involve: - Establishing Platform Run Pod standards, metrics, tracking, ways of working, and support mechanics. You will be the primary face of the Pod to the tool Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). - Continuously discovering, defining, and refining business requirements and navigating tradeoffs effectively. - Guiding the pod to accomplish data management, bug fixes, enhancements, required updates, system monitoring, pod improvements, and documentation. - Managing and prioritizing the backlog (software work plan) to deliver against the aligned roadmap. - Setting and delivering quarterly OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) as clearly defined quarterly Pod goals. - Maintaining and tracking the business value of products with SMEs. - Defining and analyzing metrics that inform the impact on customer experience and business outcomes. - Supporting SMEs to maintain adoption rates with end users. - Leading agile ceremonies and Pod, including culture development like protecting, setting tone, workload pace, and comradery. - Collaborating with the Tech Lead and Agile Coach to continuously improve POD maturity. Your strong leadership skills, influence across functions, excellent communication, and collaboration skills will be crucial in driving change, influencing strategies, and leading cross-functional teams effectively. With project management experience in an Agile framework, organizational skills, and the ability to work in global multi-cultural teams, you will be able to lead and direct multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring results-oriented delivery. Ideally, you will have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics, along with 10+ years of experience in Supply chain, Business, and Digital transformation projects, and Project Management. Your demonstrated high level of learning and cultural agility will be assets in this role at General Mills.
