Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup teams for future projects
  • Good Knowledge and experience in Agile processes including Scrum
  • Manage Backlog and priorities for the development team
  • Risk management and mitigation planning
  • Resource allocation and management
  • Excellent Collaboration, Program Management and Team management skills
  • Project monitoring and tracking tools (e. g. , JIRA)
  • Quality assurance and control
  • Stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Change management
  • Should be ready for 24/7 support for the production applications


Basic requirements and Education
  • Business fluent English
  • University degree in computer science or a comparable field of study (B. Eng. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. / Ph. D. ).



Required Experience and Skills
  • At least 10 years of experience in Product development with Lead experience.
  • Project Management, Excellent Communication, Networking and Organizing Skills.
  • Skilled in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
