Product Operations Manager

As a Product Operations Manager (Datasets) at Parspec, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth collaboration and efficient processes across multiple functional teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, leading QA for data pipelines, supporting engineering tasks related to dataset preparation projects, and delivering highly accurate data across multiple product/engineering requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with multiple functional teams such as AI, Product, Data Annotation Vendors, QA, Development, Web Crawling, and Business teams to ensure alignment with high-level business objectives - Lead QA for the Data pipelines (AI & Crawler systems) and establish efficient business processes - Support overall engineering tasks related to dataset preparation projects and data quality checks with minimal oversight - Work on data QA & preparation efforts with multiple data annotation service teams, including conducting daily coordination meetings and progress tracking - Define clear and scalable processes for QA of data inputs and pipelines - Ensure data inputs to systems are accurate, consistent, and reliable - Lead initiatives to reduce manual efforts, scale data processes, and enhance productivity across teams - Constantly evolve processes based on iterative inputs from Product & Engineering teams - Identify, implement, and standardize best practices for product operations across the organization - Create and manage operational workflows Qualification Required: - At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or equivalent roles (No freshers) - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Highly organized with strong attention to detail in tracking, documenting, and improving operational workflows - Ability to learn fast and adapt in a rapidly evolving field - Proficiency in Excel and JIRA(JQL) for managing & tracking deliverables - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related fields (Preferred) - Experience working with web crawlers or QA of data pipelines for AI ecosystems (Preferred),
