Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple threads and follow through on execution with minimal oversight. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills , especially when interacting with stakeholders at different levels. Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive people issues. Comfortable with on-ground responsibilities such as office management, vendor coordination, and in-person documentation support. Prior experience in a tech-first or product-based company with exposure to talent-heavy orgs (especially engineering teams). Experience in managing employee engagement programs , pulse surveys, or career progression frameworks. As a Product Manager User Workflows & Integrations, you will play a critical role in driving product execution for some of Parspecs most foundational product areas. Youll work closely with our US-based Senior PM to manage and iterate on features related to integrations, quoting, and pricing workflowspartnering with design, engineering, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that combines operational excellence with strategic execution. Youll help bring new products to life and drive iterations from v1 to scale. What You Will Achieve and Key Responsibilities Co-own product areas related to integrations, quoting workflows, and pricing logic. Managing the technical and delivery aspects of 3rd party integrations & API development, whilst aligning closely with support and product development teams where needed. Define and track key performance metrics to assess the impact of each integration and communicate results to stakeholders. Translate strategic direction into actionable product artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria). Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and day-to-day product decision-making with engineering teams. Partner with engineering and design teams on solution discovery, technical feasibility, and implementation trade-offs. Support creation of PRDs, dashboards, and execution plans aligned with roadmap goals. Mandatory Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management in B2B enterprise software (CPQ, commerce, QTC, CRM, and ERP systems, etc.), preferably in procurement, construction tech, or marketplace platforms. Youve worked on data-heavy workflows or integrations before and can reason through complex backend and UI requirements. You have experience driving 0-1 product execution and iterative improvement (1-10) You are comfortable working with data: defining KPIs, instrumentation plans, and working with reporting dashboards. You can work effectively across disciplinesengineering, design, data, and QAand drive clarity and output in sprint cycles. You are comfortable managing the details and leading execution while staying aligned with higher-level strategic goals. You are self-driven, adaptable, and thrive in environments with global, cross-functional teams and asynchronous communication.
