Product Operations Engineering Technician 3

Test engineers are also responsible for determining the best way a test can be performed in order to achieve adequate test coverage within Production is more than equal to the challenge of ensuring we comply with Standard Quality Metrics, ISO and other requirements. We develop and drive quality metrics while managing the design and installation of quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Operations Engineering Technician 3, you will be responsible for managing Test Engineering activities & working in shift operations. You will work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on Test strategy engineering. Responsibilities of test engineers also include implementing new test methodologies, diagnose defects, and improve the product before market release. They work closely with product developers and other teams to ensure the company’s products meet quality standards and consumer expectations, and thus, ensure client retention and drive business growth.

You will:

• Responsible of developing suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our Products to address & mitigate mass production test failures (First Pass Yield).
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specification.
• Responsible for New Product Launch Test Readiness through systematic approach of ensuring Manufacturing Test Validation & Capability.
• Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.
• Performing final tests to detect product weaknesses, strengths and opportunities for improvements

Essential Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Products troubleshooting and Manufacturing installation test development.
• Experience in Python, C#, SQL, Batch Scripting, ASP.NET, Windows Forms App, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience in creating software and executing automation scripts using open-source tools such as VB, SQL, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skill

Desirable Requirements

• 1- 2 years of relevant experience
• BCA, BSc in Computer Science or B.E- Electronics/ Computer science/Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology Engineering
