Role Details

• Position:

   Product Operation Manager

• Location:

   Jaipur

• CTC:

   ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA

• Preferred:

   BFSI or similar industry experience

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers and leadership in achieving strategic goals.
• Streamline and document product development and operational processes (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support – to ensure seamless product execution.
• Analyze product and operational data to identify process improvements and insights.
• Drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all operational functions.
• Coordinate with external partners, dealers, and OEMs for performance evaluation and collaboration.
