About the Role

Were looking for a versatile Marketing Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves rolling up their sleeves to make an impact. If you're a creative self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats across content, social, and product marketing, you’ll feel right at home here.

In this role, you’ll help shape our brand narrative, fuel demand generation, and support our sales team with high-quality marketing assets. You’ll work across multiple channels and collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Own

1. Content Creation (50%)

  • Write & Edit:

    Craft high-quality, engaging content for HR leaders and C-suite executives at enterprise organizations.
  • Content Variety:

    Produce blog posts, case studies, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and video scripts.
  • Brand Voice:

    Ensure content is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels.

2. Social Media Management (25%)

  • Editorial Calendar:

    Build and manage our monthly social media calendar aligned with content themes, product updates, and key company milestones.
  • Daily Distribution:

    Create, schedule, and publish posts (graphics, videos, copy) primarily on LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
  • Engagement:

    Monitor activity, respond professionally to comments/messages, and foster ongoing community engagement.
  • Reporting:

    Track performance metrics and deliver insights to drive channel growth and optimization.

3. Product Marketing Support (25%)

  • Sales Enablement:

    Develop and refresh sales collateral—product one-pagers, datasheets, battlecards, and pitch decks.
  • GTM Support:

    Assist with planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new features and product releases.
  • Messaging:

    Help craft clear, differentiated product messaging for enterprise HR and IT buyers.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct competitor and market analysis to support positioning and content development.

What You Bring

Required

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B software/SaaS.
  • Strong writing portfolio showcasing blogs, case studies, or similar content.
  • Hands-on social media experience, especially managing LinkedIn for a brand.
  • Adaptability:

    Comfortable switching between strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Strong organization:

    A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • HR Tech/HCM/HRIS experience or familiarity with the enterprise HR buyer.
  • Experience marketing to mid-market or enterprise audiences.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and content tools.
