Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager AI Initiatives & Customer Advocacy at our company, your role will focus on driving customer advocacy programs and AI-led initiatives to enhance our go-to-market strategies and product marketing impact. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our product and customer stories are effectively communicated in the market and leverage AI to modernize our go-to-market approach. Key Responsibilities: - AI Initiatives: - Act as the AI Champion within Product Marketing to identify and implement AI-driven tools, processes, and workflows for improved productivity, personalization, and go-to-market effectiveness. - Collaborate with Marketing teams to integrate AI into campaign execution, including personalized content, chatbots, and analytics. - Work with Product and Sales teams to clearly package and position AI features in our solutions in the market. - Monitor competitor AI positioning to maintain differentiation in our narratives. - Customer Advocacy & Marketing: - Establish and expand customer advocacy programs such as case studies, success stories, testimonials, references, and speaker engagements. - Develop a repository of customer proof points spanning various industries and products to accelerate enterprise deals. - Lead customer marketing campaigns to drive adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. - Sales Enablement & GTM Support: - Create customer advocacy collateral tailored for sales teams, including videos, one-pagers, decks, and ROI stories. - Produce verticalized proof points for different industries (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Travel) to support outbound sales efforts. - Repurpose content for distribution across various mediums to maximize reach. Desired Candidate Profile: - 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. - Proven track record in creating and scaling customer marketing initiatives. - Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to drive internal adoption. - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.,
