Role Overview

The Product Marketing & Operations Associate will be responsible for driving internal product operations, managing marketing efforts across digital and direct channels, and acting as a key coordinator between teams. This role blends operational clarity with marketing creativity, ideal for someone with a technical background and a passion for communication, structure, and execution.


Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and procurement teams to collect internal requirements and oversee inventory and order management.

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence to support product visibility and positioning.

- Execute outbound marketing campaigns using platforms like WhatsApp Business API, email outreach, and direct engagement across local, national, and international channels.

- Coordinate and delegate product-related meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned, follow-ups are tracked, and all outcomes contribute to marketing and growth initiatives.

- Assist in the creation and distribution of product content including visuals, documentation, presentations, and promotional material.

- Maintain internal dashboards for product performance, marketing campaign results, and inventory metrics.


Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).

- Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social platforms, and basic CRM or outreach systems.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to collaboration and execution.
