Role: Product Marketing Manager (Retention) Job Responsibilities: Own and manage the entire user experience from start to finish, including funnels and app interactions. Drive product feature growth and achieve set targets. Lead the product-driven growth strategy for the retention team, focusing on creative ideation and testing diverse approaches and methodologies. Continuously evaluate game mechanics, product functionalities, and player behavior, proposing enhancements, revisions, and strategic interventions as required. Undertake comprehensive user data analysis, implement user outreach programs, and create a user feedback loop to ultimately develop a highly desirable product. Identify user problems and develop innovative solutions. Strategize, implement, and experiment with new and existing product features which ultimately lead to better outcomes. Drive and monitor A/B tests and data-driven experiments. Collaborate with product and marketing groups to implement product features. This includes initiatives such as optimizing funnels and promoting the adoption of specific product features. Contribute business insights to the product team, guiding them towards feature enhancements that drive adoption and align with established business objectives. Make key decisions to ensure these feature goals are achieved.
