We are looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and expansion of our Shopify-based platform. You will be the driving force behind feature ideation, UX improvements, and technical implementation working closely with cross-functional teams and outsourced developers to build a product that meets the real-world needs of our B2B customers. Role & responsibilities Own and improve the user experience across the website focusing on intuitive navigation, clean layout, and optimized B2B buyer flows. Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer feedback. Lead feature development from ideation to launch — including specs, wireframes, QA, and deployment. Collaborate with external Shopify developers or agencies to implement new features and resolve technical issues. Leverage Shopify’s core and advanced functionalities (custom pricing, sample requests, account-based views) to enhance platform capabilities. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar , and Shopify reports to track performance, user behavior, and adoption of features. Monitor and improve critical site metrics — including engagement, bounce rate, conversion flow, and reordering frequency. Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, sales, and support teams to turn operational needs into digital tools and features. Keep up with the latest Shopify ecosystem developments and recommend strategic improvements or integrations.
