Job Description

Role & responsibilities :- High-volume outbound prospecting calls targeting buyers and procurement departments. Identify key decision-makers for ingredient purchasing in the USA market. Consult with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored, cost-effective solutions. Manage leads and sales pipeline using various communication tools (phone, email, Teams) and CRM technology. Expand client relationships to secure new business opportunities and increase purchasing from existing clients. Preferred candidate profile trong B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven track record of sales growth and meeting/exceeding quotas. At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (inside and/or outside) Perks and benefits Working Hours: USA Shift: 8pm to 5am & EU Shift: 1pm to 10pm Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month Incentives: Commission on the invoice value Market Region : North & south America, European Union Industry: Ingredients market which are Nutraceuticals, Food & Beverages. Plant Nutrition, Animal Nutrition and Pharmaceuticals Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 300,000.00 - 360,000.00 per year Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Night shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
