Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product roadmap for career enablement tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve user engagement and job matching.
Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform product decisions.
Work with data scientists to enhance AI-driven assessments and recommendations.
Prioritize product features based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
Ensure seamless integration across modules like learning, mentorship, and recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, HRTech, or AI platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tools: Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Notion, etc.
