Job Summary:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends
  
• Translate high-level ideas into detailed product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and specifications
  
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope
  
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on business and user impact, and make data-driven trade-off decisions
  
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and synthesizing feedback from stakeholders, users, and analytics
  
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product direction
  
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and user engagement
  
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment
  

Required :

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL)
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to balance business, technical, and user experience trade-offs
  
• Proficiency in using product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or Productboard
