Sales Intelligence


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Problem Discovery

    – Shadow SDR calls, conduct weekly customer interviews, and run in-app micro-surveys to surface friction points unique to Indian prospecting workflows.
  • Opportunity Mapping & Road-mapping

    – Maintain a living opportunity-solution tree, size initiatives, and commit to quarterly roadmaps that balance growth bets with data-quality investments.
  • Spec & Delivery Leadership

    – Author narrative briefs and wireframes for features such as real-time trigger feeds and buying-committee maps; break work into stories and run weekly backlog grooming.
  • Data-Quality Governance

    – Define refresh-rate and accuracy SLAs, lead precision audits, and spin up a war-room if top-rank precision drops below target.
  • Instrumentation & Experimentation

    – Build product-analytics funnels, run controlled experiments on scoring weightings, and monitor activation cohorts.
  • Product-Led-Growth Levers

    – Design credit-based free tiers, optimise upgrade copy, and collaborate with growth on price-sensitivity tests.
  • Market Awareness

    – Track global and regional sales-intelligence trends, API policy shifts, and emerging data sources relevant to the Indian and Asian landscape.
  • AI Integration

    - Brainstorming integrating latest developments of AI with the nuances of the Indian market and data to provide valuable qualification and insights.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of B2B SaaS product-management

    experience, including at least one data-platform or marketing-tech product shipped in India or APAC.
  • Hands-on fluency in

    SQL, product-analytics tools, and basic Python/Pandas

    for self-served analysis.
  • Demonstrated success with

    product-led-growth motions

    —credits, usage-based paywalls, and self-serve onboarding.
  • Ability to interface seamlessly with SDR floors and enterprise infosec teams alike; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Bonus: experience with data-quality / annotation pipelines—or the ability to ramp quickly on the nuances of Indian corporate data.
