Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

You will define and execute the AI product strategy in alignment with the objectives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities, developing business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives, and translating complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories. You will oversee testing and validation to ensure that AI features meet quality and performance standards and engage with customers and stakeholders to refine AI solutions based on feedback. Additionally, you will optimize user journeys by collaborating with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement, drive AI personalization and automation by leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines, and establish AI analytics and reporting to track performance and continuously improve solutions. Preferred skills and expertise for this role include generative AI product strategy and prototyping, familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as LLMs, RAG, NLP, and sentiment analysis, experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered recommendation engines, knowledge of AI product tools like Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, and others, proficiency in data-driven decision-making and user experience design principles, strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, a background in Telecom, MarTech, and/or STEM (preferred but not required), and a customer-centric and consultative mindset.
