Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

You will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of the customer-facing mobile application at YesMadam. Your primary focus will be on the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization - Working closely with cross-functional teams including business, marketing, customer experience, design, and engineering - Defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and prioritizing features based on business impact - Conducting market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities - Ensuring high-quality UI/UX through collaboration with the design team - Collaborating with QA to ensure thorough testing before deployment - Defining and tracking KPIs, analyzing product performance, and recommending improvements Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - Proven experience in managing customer-facing digital products in a B2C environment - Strong knowledge of systems thinking, Agile methodology, and wireframing - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Understanding of UI/UX design and its impact on user journeys - MBA is a plus Please note that the preferred industries for this role are Technology, eCommerce, Consumer Services, or Startups.
