Job Description

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Kult, you'll own the app roadmap and define how users browse,shop, and fall in love with beauty products. You'll shape user experiences that are intuitive,delightful, and data-informed-working closely with design, tech, and growth teams to launch high-impact features that directly improve shopping journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Own Kult's strategic app roadmap and bring strong judgment and taste to app experience and flows
Work on strategic initiatives like AI-led personalization and product discovery
Partner with designers to craft and refine user flows that are intuitive and development-ready
Collaborate with design, tech, and growth teams to build and launch features end to end
Use deep intuition and user research to build features that beauty shoppers actually want
Identify and solve friction points in online shopping and product decision-making across skincare, haircare, makeup, wellness, and more
Act as the voice of the user in every product decision, balancing user delight with business goals

Requirements

Power user of beauty products and platforms themselves
2+ years of product management experience in a consumer tech, e-commerce, or mobile-first company
A strong sense of design, flow, and user empathy-experience in beauty, lifestyle, or D2C apps is a plus
Ability to turn insights into shippable product features quickly
Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or SQL
