Strategic Product Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for marketing technology products in alignment with the bank s overall business objectives
Define product vision and success metrics for marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, and analytics tools
Drive product-led growth initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through scalable digital marketing solutions
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in financial services marketing technology
Platform & Technology Management
Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing technology platforms including Data Management Platforms, orchestration tools, and personalization platforms
Lead technical requirements gathering, API integrations, and system architecture decisions in collaboration with engineering teams
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new marketing technology solutions for potential integration
Ensure platform performance, stability, security, and compliance with banking regulations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, analytics, risk, technology, product, and design teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing technology implementations meet regulatory requirements and data privacy standards
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize lead generation and customer journey mapping
Lead cross-functional project teams through product launches and feature releases
Customer Experience & Analytics
Drive development of personalized customer experiences using data analytics and AI-powered marketing tools
Implement advanced customer segmentation, targeting capabilities, and real-time personalization features
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing technology products, including customer acquisition costs, engagement rates, and ROI
Conduct user testing and feedback collection to continuously improve product functionality and user experience
Agile Product Development
Lead product development using Agile methodologies, managing sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative releases
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Coordinate product testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes
Manage product launches and post-launch optimization efforts
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field
Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred
Experience
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in marketing technology
5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, including CDPs, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of marketing technology architecture, API integrations, and data management platforms
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and personalization engines
Knowledge of customer data management, segmentation strategies, and real-time marketing capabilities
Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics tools, and AI/ML applications in marketing
Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools
Previous experience in startups or high-growth technology environments
Track record of driving measurable business results through product innovation
