Product Manager

As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the portfolio of current enterprise products to ensure the delivery of reliable, user-focused, and value-driven solutions with your team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with technical owners to create and manage the backlog of product improvements - Gather and create product requirement documents - Develop a product roadmap - Execute and support a cross-functional team - Enhance the overall customer experience of the products - Focus on improving existing products by enhancing user experience, reducing friction areas, improving reliability, support SLA, and product performance To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the product, market, and industry. Your technical knowledge will be essential in contributing to tech-enabled products. Being a curious problem solver is crucial to address challenges holistically. You will closely work with a team comprising Tech Owners, QAs, and developers to achieve the desired outcomes.
