Product Manager

As a Technical Product Owner at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our current enterprise product portfolio to ensure the delivery of a reliable, user-focused, and value-driven product with your squad. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with technical owners to create and manage the product improvement backlog - Gather and create product requirement documents - Develop a product roadmap - Support and execute activities with a cross-functional team - Enhance the overall customer experience of our products - Focus on improving existing products by enhancing user experience, reducing friction areas, improving reliability, support SLA, and product performance - Deeply understand the product, market, and industry to contribute effectively to tech-enabled products - Work closely with a team of Tech Owners, QAs, and developers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products, address customer needs, fill gaps, and boost product satisfaction and confidence Desired Candidate Profile: Attributes / Soft skills: - Curiosity - Technical understanding/experience - Problem-solving, debugging, and critical thinking skills - Openness to unlearn and learn - Strong sense of ownership - Empathy - Self-starter Hard skills: - Experience managing complex enterprise SaaS product(s) - Developer / QA experience is a plus - Agile Certified Product Manager Product Owner (ACPMPO) is a preferred - SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner (SPMPO) is advantageous - Project Manager / Support engineer background is beneficial Qualification Required: - 5+ years of Experience as a Product Owner/Manager Job Location: - Vadodara Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!
