Product Manager

The role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive partner and vendor relationships to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the assigned networking product lines including switches, routers, wireless solutions, passive cabling, and audio-video collaboration products.
Engage effectively with OEMs, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Lead weekly/monthly business reviews, monitor sales performance, and ensure alignment with revenue and profitability targets.
Define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans in collaboration with vendors and sales teams.
Provide product training, support pre-sales activities, and act as a product evangelist within the organization.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to keep the portfolio competitive and innovative.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum
3+ years of experience
as a
Business Development Manager or Sales manager or product manager
handling networking product lines.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise networking technologies and brands.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive strategic partner and vendor engagements.
Experience in forecasting, reporting, and managing product profitability.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
