Manager Skill Team Lead (Software, Marketing & Sales)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Manager – Skill Team Lead** to oversee and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on software development, marketing, and sales. This role combines technical expertise in software systems with the strategic insight required to drive the company’s marketing and sales efforts. You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, drive the integration of advanced technology solutions, and ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business goals.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Team Leadership & Development:**

* Lead and manage a diverse team across software development, marketing, and sales disciplines.

* Mentor and coach team members, providing growth opportunities and performance feedback.

* Foster a collaborative environment to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.

* Conduct regular team meetings to set priorities, track progress, and address challenges.

* Develop and execute a team growth plan, identifying skills gaps and driving training initiatives.

**2. Software Skills & Development:**

* Oversee the design, development, and deployment of fintech software solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.

* Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure product delivery and technical excellence.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and fintech trends, integrating them into product development strategies.

* Manage the team’s Agile processes, ensuring efficient software delivery, and minimizing risks.

**3. Marketing Strategy:**

* Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote fintech products and services.

* Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media efforts.

* Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and customer acquisition strategies.

* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

**4. Sales & Client Engagement:**

* Drive the development of sales strategies to promote fintech products and services, meeting both short- and long-term business objectives.

* Lead customer outreach and engagement initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.

* Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance analysis to ensure sales targets are being met.

* Collaborate with product teams to communicate client feedback and refine offerings based on market needs.

* Support the sales team by providing training on the product and value proposition.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

* Work closely with senior leadership to align product development, marketing, and sales strategies.

* Ensure the flow of information between software, marketing, and sales teams for seamless execution of projects.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.

### **Skills & Qualifications:**

**Education & Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in fintech or a tech-driven industry.

* Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of software development, marketing, and sales processes.

**Technical Skills:**

* Strong understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and fintech technologies.

* Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and related fintech tools.

* Expertise in SaaS, cloud-based technologies, and scalable system architectures.

* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure software performance, user engagement, and marketing ROI.

**Marketing & Sales Skills:**

* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, social media, SEO, and SEM.

* Proven track record of successful sales leadership, including B2B and B2C sales strategies.

* Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends, customer data, and financial metrics.

* Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.

**Leadership Skills:**

* Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to motivate and inspire teams to reach and exceed business goals.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
