Product Manager

Role Overview:

A fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS startup that recently closed a $1M seed round is seeking a Product Manager (PM) to help shape AI-powered products from 0 1. The ideal candidate is someone who gets excited to work in a high-growth environment, thrives on ownership, and brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration.
• Translate customer needs into intuitive product experiences and define clear requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Leverage AI tools and concepts to drive innovation in product workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution.
• Track product performance using CRM dashboards and analytics tools, turning insights into actionable improvements.

Role Requirements :

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to execution.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or others.
• Familiarity with CRM dashboards and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
• A hustler mindset with a strong bias for execution, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
