Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for competition benchmarking with Industry peers for new products and functionalities on the Merchant Platform.
Responsible for creation of efficient User Journeys for various products and services on Merchant platform for quick adoption by Merchants.
Responsible for coordinating with Zonal SPOCs for issues cropping on Merchant Platform and maintaining a tracker of the same.
Managing the execution of fortnightly call with all Zonal SPOCs for issues cropping up on Merchant platform along with managing the tracker of issues with resolutions.
Managing UATs along with Zonal SPOCs for functionalities going live on Merchant Platform tracker.
Monitoring of existing functionalities on the Merchant Platform .
Coordinating with stakeholders for issues raised by ZHs and Zonal SPOCs for closure.
Constant coordination with L1 and L2 team for monitoring the frequent issues along along with closure.
Responsible for closing Risk, Compliance related and Audit related queries and issues pertaining to Merchant Platform.
