Job Description

Create road map for platform enhancements and new functionality development Data driven Hypothesis driven approach to creating features/ functionalities Detail oriented to flesh out requirements end to end Break down BRDs into Stories and Tickets Derive achieve intuitive channel experiences for customers Create comprehensive documentation and Product collaterals Track all deployments to ensure product is working as expected Be the customer success manager in ensuring clients business objectives are met in using our Platform Work with clients on going enhancement and Support requirements and deliver the same Be the SME for the client. Follow through launches meticulously, drive clear deadlines and faster closure Functional: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results Knowledge of Lending products and end to end customer lifecycle of end customers who have taken a loan End to end Loan lifecycle from product creation / origination / collections Working knowledge of Loan accounting Developing product documentation, user stories and other relevant material required. Manage the Scrum and Product Delivery process. Experience in working in non traditional financial services space Experience working in overseas markets in the lending space an added advantage Behavioral: An excellent team player to work with global matrix teams across time zones First principles thinking in problem solving Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to present ideas/thoughts to wider teams and between various stakeholders Persuasive Ability to work under pressure Ability to think strategically and also grounded enough to operationally discuss with on ground teams in building roadmaps/features
