Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Product Manager

who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Industry 5.0 solutions. If you are passionate about innovation, technology, and building impactful products, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution:

Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Industry 5.0 products from ideation and planning to launch and iteration by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, and translate these insights into actionable product strategies.

Product Planning & Documentation:

Define and document product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Clearly articulate customer problems and business goals to engineering and design teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams to prioritize product features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Customer-Centric Development:

Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback, conduct UAT, and validate feature effectiveness. Constantly refine product functionality based on user input.

Performance Monitoring:

Track product performance through key metrics and usage analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and new features.

Industry Thought Leadership:

Stay abreast of the latest innovations in Industry 5.0, including IoT, AI/ML, and industrial automation, and bring forward-thinking ideas to the product roadmap.

Go-to-Market & Sales Support:

Partner with sales and marketing to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and collateral. Support product launches and customer education efforts.
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure that product solutions deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications & Skills:

bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of overall experience with minimum of 3+ years as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in the technology or software domain.
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, data analytics, AI/ML, and industrial automation.
Programming knowledge
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and execution excellence.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and user feedback.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in agile product development methodologies.
Understanding of AI tools and frameworks
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation.
