Role Summary:

Product Manager / Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the

  product lifecycle

  from ideation to release and beyond, across hardware and software components.
• Define and maintain the

  product roadmap

  , aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Break down high-level concepts into

  user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria

  for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  software, embedded, mechanical, electrical, QA, and design – to ensure feature feasibility and delivery.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business impact, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints.
  
• Act as a voice of the customer and translate feedback into actionable requirements.
  
• Lead

  sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos

• Ensure clear documentation of features, workflows, and system interactions.
  
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and define go-to-market strategies.
  
• Align product releases with

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  

• 6+ years

  of experience in product management or as a product owner, with at least 2+ years handling

  hardware-software integrated products

  .
• Strong understanding of

  IoT architecture

  ,

  Embedded software

  , and

  cloud-connected systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile methodologies

  and tools like JIRA, Aha!, or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to work with

  cross-domain engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience launching products in regulated domains (e.g., medical devices, automotive, industrial).
