Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, market trends, and stakeholder input.
• Translate product requirements into clear specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate and improve continuously.
• Coordinate product launches, working with marketing, Operations, and support teams.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a

  Product Manager

  , ideally in a tech or digital-first environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like Mixpanel, GA, and AppsFlyer
• Proficiency in tools such as ASANA
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
