Job Title: Product Manager - Lending
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office 5 days a week) Experience: 2-4 years in Product Management

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to solve for the credit needs of our customers and drive the future of consumer lending by building world class products and experiences. As a PM on the Lending Product vertical, you will work with cross functional teams to build and manage your product roadmap, define and refine product specifications and architecture and work closely with engineering, business, legal, marketing and design teams in an agile environment to build, launch and scale products for millions of customers. You will also be responsible for day to day operating of the processes, systems and products you set up and ensure they meet a high customer experience bar and comply with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for building a world class customer experience and optimize the funnels to drive customer engagement and conversion. You will also work with business and marketing stakeholders to identify, build and scale your products.

Responsibilities:

• Roadmap management:

  You will own defining and maintaining your product roadmap, including working with senior leaders to drive effective backlog and prioritization mechanisms.

• Execution & Delivery:

  You will own and oversee end to end product development, including GTM and customer adoption by partnering extensively with internal stakeholders (engineering, business, marketing). You will make smart trade offs, own prioritization, coordinate dependencies and maintain communication through the delivery processes to ensure a smooth and effective product delivery.

• User Experience & Engagement:

  Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-friendly investment solutions.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:

  Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize product performance and enhance adoption.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in

  Lending

  with a proven track record of building and scaling such products.
• Strong business acumen of

  consumer lending, credit cards, merchant loans, LAMF and other credit products.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
