Product Manager/ GPM- Diabetic- Mumbai

Job description Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional activities Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and other stakeholders in the industry Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to ensure successful product launch and promotion Manage product lifecycle, including product launches, product updates, and discontinuation of products Develop and manage budgets for assigned products Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders on product features, benefits, and messaging Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies and tactics Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is preferred Product management experience is mandatory 8+ years of experience in product management in the pharmaceutical industry Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
