Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new product opportunities and address unmet customer needs in the industrial lubricants sector.
• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for both new product development and enhancements of existing offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to define product requirements, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle - from concept and launch to performance tracking and end-of-life planning.
• Leverage data analysis and market insights to identify areas for product optimization, improvement, and growth.
• Design and implement marketing initiatives to drive product visibility, demand generation, and revenue growth.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on industrial lubricants, offering technical support and training to the sales force.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments that could influence business strategies.
