Color Specialist

As a Color Expert/Color Specialist in the Automotive Paints Manufacturing industry, your role will involve ensuring batch-to-batch color consistency, FG approvals, and resolving customer shade & application challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct FG testing & batch approvals for Auto Paint production - Ensure color consistency, shade accuracy & QRI compliance - Perform color matching & shade correction for customer applications - Visit customer plants for application & complaint resolution - Support new product color development - Manage QC lab including instruments, calibration & consumables - Lead the QC team & ensure compliance with IATF/ISO 16949, ISO 14001 & 5S standards **Qualification Required:** - 10-15 years of experience in Paints/Coatings/Inks Quality Control - Strong expertise in Color Matching & Paint Application - Hands-on customer quality & audit exposure - Experience in team handling & shift management - Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for color and a strong analytical mindset If interested, you can share your CV via DM or email.
