Product Manager - Generative AI

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for generative AI solutions, driving innovation from concept to market launch
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design to deliver AI-powered products that solve complex customer problems
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements for generative AI applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements
• Drive product adoption and success metrics, analyzing user feedback and performance data to continuously optimize AI product offerings
• Present product vision and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders, securing buy-in for strategic initiatives and resource allocation

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience managing AI/ML products or platforms, with deep understanding of generative AI technologies such as large language models, natural language processing, or computer vision
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience using analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in relevant field with specific focus on AI, machine learning, or technology management
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with AI/ML deployment technologies
• Previous experience in financial services, data analytics, or enterprise software industries
