Position Title: Product Manager - New Product Development (NPD)

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Product Manager - NPD will lead the development and launch of new cosmetics products from concept to commercialization. This role requires a strong communication skills, understanding of market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, as well as excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and Oversee NPD Pipeline:
Develop and manage the new product development pipeline portfolio.Ensure alignment with company strategy and market needs.

Innovative Product Ideation:
Generate and conceptualize innovative ideas for new products.Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.

Sampling and Quality Control:

Conduct product sampling and quality checks.
Approve final products ensuring they meet quality standards.

Packaging Involvement:

Knowledge about tubes, monocartons, and other packaging formats.
Provide packaging suggestions based on product compatibility and safety requirements.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors to meet product deadlines.
Ensure timely delivery without any breaches or delays.Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms with vendors.Maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory effectively to ensure optimal stock levels.

Monitor the Inventory on daily basis
Coordinate with supply chain to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Proofreading and Accuracy:
Proofread product files meticulously to ensure accuracy.Ensure all product information is correct and up-to-date according to the meteorology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
