Desired profile of the candidate
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a an added advantage
2. Knowledge of product lifecycle management and familiarity with industry regulations and certifications in both the USA and Russia.
3. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams & ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
4. 12 to 18 years of strong experience in Exports & Product management
Min, Exp.
1. Experience working in global markets, particularly the USA & Russia
2. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tile, bathware, building materials, or construction industry.
3. Experience working in global markets, particularly the USA and Russia
4. Familiarity with regional distribution networks, regulatory requirements, and consumer behavior
5. Preferred industries - Paints, Glass, Wires and Cables, Laminates (Any other Building Material category, but should have strong export focus)
