Careers Product Manager - AI Governance and Monitoring. 10 +Years Hyderabad, Hybrid Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of our AI Governance and Monitoring platform. This is a strategic role where you will own the entire product lifecycle, from defining the roadmap to execution, ensuring that our solutions address key AI lifecycle challenges such as model drift, explainability, fairness, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to create end-to-end AI monitoring solutions for supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, and generative models. Key Responsibilities: Product Roadmap G Strategy: Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for AI governance and monitoring solutions in alignment with company objectives and market trends. Customer G Market Research: Gather and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to establish clear product requirements that meet both customer expectations and compliance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to build scalable, user-friendly, and reliable AI monitoring solutions. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases. AI/ML Lifecycle Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle challenges, particularly around model drift , explainability , fairness , bias mitigation , and regulatory compliance . Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to validate product features, gather feedback, and iterate on the product roadmap. Innovation G Competitive Edge: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI governance , model monitoring , and MLOps to ensure the platform remains competitive, innovative, and in line with industry advancements. ualifications : Experience: 10+ years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML products, platforms, or tools. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, lifecycle management, and MLOps tools (e.g., model monitoring , versioning , and deployment frameworks). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down complex product challenges and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, from engineers to executives. Collaboration G Leadership: Proven track record of working cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced environment, and managing diverse teams. Preferred Skills: AI Monitoring Frameworks: Experience with model monitoring frameworks or platforms like MLflow , Seldon , or custom monitoring solutions. Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with AI governance standards and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR , HIPAA , ISO , or similar. Data Science/ML Experience: Hands-on experience in data science or machine learning workflows , providing you with a deeper understanding of the product s technical underpinnings. SaaS/Enterprise Software: Previous experience working in enterprise software or SaaS product development. Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
