Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Asset Management platform — a customer-facing tool that enables users to manage support tickets, warranties, API integrations, and User profile management experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management fundamentals with technical fluency, eCommerce know-how, and a customer-first UX mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Product Management Skills

    • Own the product roadmap, translating business needs into detailed user stories and requirements.
    • Lead API/system design discussions with engineering to ensure scalable and secure integrations.
    • Manage release planning and execution, coordinating across QA, support, and business stakeholders.
    • Support incident management, ensuring quick resolution, communication, and root-cause analysis.
    • Run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization, balancing impact with technical feasibility.
  • UX & Customer Experience

    • Define and optimize customer journeys across support, warranty, and My Account flows.
    • Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
    • Drive feedback loops through usability testing, surveys, and analytics (heatmaps, funnel drop-offs).
  • eCommerce & Procurement

    • Partner on checkout, quotes, and order approval workflows tailored to B2B customers.
    • Improve conversion through CRO strategies like upsell, cross-sell, and warranty renewals.
  • Asset Management & Post-Purchase

    • Enable end-to-end lifecycle tracking of assets (purchase warranty support renewal).
    • Integrate with ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk).
    • Build logic for warranty/SLA tracking, expirations, and proactive alerts.
    • Ensure data integrity and sync across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or Asset Management tools.
  • Strong foundation in system/API design, release management, incident handling, and agile practices.
  • Experience with My Account workflows and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with customer support/warranty systems and ERP/CRM integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
