• Drive strategy & roadmap for digital payment services.
• Enhance payment security, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and fraud prevention teams.
• Optimize payment workflows, for UPI, Bill Payments, digital wallets, Merchant Solutions, FASTag, etc.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (PCI DSS, etc.)
• It will also involve working on several products that will be developed by the organization
• Candidate needs to be proficient in project management skills and should be able to deal with multiple functional teams such as technology, vendors, Marketing, Alliance, Brand teams etc.
• Responsible for customer experience, innovation in payments solutions, product enhancements with new features/services, product performance tie up with vendors
• Responsible for all processes, promotional activities, marketing, training related to the product
• Leverage data insights to improve success rates and reduce fraud.
• 5 to 7 years in Product Management including 3-4 years of experience in digital payments, fintech.
• Expertise in payment processing, APIs, gateway functions, and fraud prevention.
• Knowledge of global payment methods and third-party integrations. • Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
