: We are seeking a highly motivated anddata-drivenGrowth Product Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the growth of investment products through well-curated acquisition andretention strategies. The ideal candidate will be analytically savvy, creative, and experimental and has a strong background ingrowth managementwithin the WealthTech. Key Responsibilities : Develop and executegrowth strategiesto increasecustomer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Mutual Funds on Kotak811 Analyze customer dataand market trends to identify growth opportunities and measure its effectiveness. Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimizeproduct features, marketing campaigns, anduser experiences. Work closely with product, marketing, development teams to align growth strategies with business goals. Gather and leveragecustomer feedbackto informproduct improvementsand new feature development and enhance theonboarding processto increase retention. Define, track, and report keyperformance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. Conduct competitive analysis andmarket researchto stay informed of industry trends and identify potential growth areas to inform product strategy. Contribute to the product roadmap with growth-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications : Strong experience in a dynamic growth management role. 5-6 Years of experience, Wealth Tech experience preferred Proven success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention throughdata-driven strategies. High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives. Experience in conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies clearly and persuasively. Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or a higher degree is a plus. Previous experience ingrowth hackingor product management. Proven success in refining product features anduser experiencesthrough experimentation andtesting.
