DarDoc is a UAE-based health and wellness startup that makes it easy and affordable for people to get care at home without needing insurance. Through our digital platform, we connect users with nurses, labs, clinics, and pharmacies to provide services such as nursing care, lab tests, doctor consultations, and medication delivery. Since our launch in early 2022, we have delivered over 1,000,000 hours of care across various cities in the UAE.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our digital platform, ensuring it meets user needs and industry standards. Daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, conducting market research, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and ensuring successful product launches and updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management and defining product strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely with a cross-functional team
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
• A degree in STEM or another highly quantitative field
