Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment technology. You will be responsible for driving the development and success of our cutting-edge AI-driven recruitment solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients and stakeholders to inform product decisions and enhancements.
Monitor product performance and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in recruitment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
