Product Manager

Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. With a focus on revolutionizing the recruitment process through advanced Language Models (LLMs), we are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in product management to lead the development and enhancement of our AI-driven solutions.

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Bluphluxs strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with the recruitment industry and its challenges.
