Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. With a focus on revolutionizing the recruitment process through advanced Language Models (LLMs), we are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in product management to lead the development and enhancement of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Bluphluxs strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry and its challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
