Job Description

As a Product Manager at Lenskart, your role will involve managing the company's products to ensure alignment with short term tactical and long term strategic goals. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, content writers, animators, and designers to oversee successful product releases. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a product strategy and vision supported by real user interactions and data analytics - Create a prioritized list of 10 items for the next release to ensure effectiveness and timeliness - Identify dependencies early on while working with Engineering, Content developers, and other product managers for smooth releases - Craft a PRD that articulates user needs for internal buy-in and high productivity levels - Opt for a simple annotated wireframe over a lengthy PRD - Ensure features are measurable for true success and iterate on them continuously - Act as the CEO of your product, taking ownership and driving its success Qualifications Required: - Passion for building products in the internet and mobile space, demonstrated through work experience or personal projects - 3 to 10 years of total experience with at least 3 years in Product Management - Experience in e-commerce and building product features related to Post Purchase, Customer Query management, NPS, Returns & Refunds is a plus - Strong sense of usability and information architecture - Motivated to make a measurable impact on end users - Proficiency in building products in the consumer internet or mobile space Additional Company Details: Lenskart values entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivation, innovative problem-solving, effective people management, a commitment to results, customer focus, and superior analytical abilities in its employees.,
