Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Ownership & Business Development:

  • Take full ownership of BOTm's

    business development strategy

    and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand the product's reach.
  1. Sales & Licensing:

  • Drive the

    sales of BOTm licenses

    , including direct sales, channel sales, and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  1. Partnership Network Development:

  • Build and maintain a

    strong partnership network

    to support the distribution and sales of BOTm licenses.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with resellers, technology alliances, and channel partners.
  1. Sales & Customer Support Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and manage

    a high-performing sales team and customer support team.
  • Define sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive team success.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive

    marketing strategies

    for BOTm.
  • Leverage

    social media, digital marketing, events, webinars, and direct marketing

    to promote BOTm and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to define the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and product improvements to meet market demands.
  1. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and product positioning.
  1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer support metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on business growth, challenges, and opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience

    in
