Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and execute software testing programs to meet project goals and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing client expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Build and lead cross-functional testing teams ( both Functional & Automation), including Test Leads, Test Engineers, and QA Analysts.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of testing processes and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, including a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or CSM are a plus.
