Program Manager - Life Insurance

Role Overview: You will be serving as a Program Manager in a software testing company, taking charge of overseeing multiple testing projects and programs. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of software testing initiatives, meeting client expectations, and delivering top-notch testing services. Key Responsibilities: - Define, plan, and execute software testing programs to achieve project objectives and meet client needs. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, managing client expectations, and resolving any issues or concerns. - Lead cross-functional testing teams, comprising Test Leads, Test Engineers, and QA Analysts, for both Functional and Automation testing. - Monitor and evaluate the quality of testing processes and outcomes. - Ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines, scope, and budget. - Identify potential risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Demonstrated expertise in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership capacity. - Proficient in project management with strong project management tool skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. - Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Possession of relevant certifications like PMP, ISTQB, or CSM would be advantageous.,
