We are looking to hire a Product Manager for our B2B side of business.
In our B2B business, we work with companies to help them improve their employer brand and provide them insights and analytics about their company profile on AmbitionBox.
As a PM for B2B-side of business, we are looking for someone who can do following:
1. Ideate, conceptualize and scale products across different journeys (0 1, 1 10, 10 100, and beyond)
2. Sales enablement – train and coach sales team through trainings, collaterals, case studies, etc. to drive sales efficiency
3. Collaboration - Work and coordinate with customer operations, customer success, legal and other teams to manage escalations
4. GTM and Product-led growth - Collaborate with marketing team to drive awareness among companies about AmbitionBox
5. Collaboration – This role requires high level of collaboration across multiple teams. So, if you are someone who is a lone wolf, then it may not suit you.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in product management (MANDATORY)
MBA from IIMs or equivalent (HIGHLY PREFRRED)
Experience in driving monetization of products (PREFERRED)
Background in entrepreneurship or Consulting will be preferred (PREFERED)
Must have skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o This role will require you to give demos/presentations to clients (CXOs or similar level people), conduct sales trainings, guide customer success team, etc.
Good presentation skills
o You will have to meet clients, create presentations, work with sales in pitches – so, good presentation skills is important.
Good data analysis
o You will have to deep dive into data (qualitative as well as quantitative) to help clients identify opportunity areas and share insights with them.
