Job Overview:

As a Product Integration Specialist at Airtel Payments Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our B2B banking products. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting our financial products, and streamline tech integrations to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Key challenges we face today are in the areas of system issues, product flow clarifications, tech errors during integrations and delayed response leading to partner dissatisfaction. Also, partners look for a dedicated SPOC for them to get responses to all the things at one place irrespective of the query type.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product-sales strategies in collaboration with sales teams to promote Airtel Payments Bank products like CMS, BBPS BOU, UPI Services, Fastag Acquiring, NCMC Acquiring, and other API services.
• Responsible for product pitch documents, commercial structure for various products and other standard documents.
• Understanding customer requirements and provide consultation/design on the architecture and provide product flow consulting to Mid, Enterprise and Government customers. Responsible for end-to-end solutioning and integration including bundling of various services to give an integrated solution to the partners.
• Streamline the integration process for API/non-API partners and ensure seamless integrations upgrades with help of a dedicated tech team. Create a pipeline of integration projects for the engineering team and enhance processes to improve Go-Live day predictability.
• Prioritise the projects basis the impact assessment and projections form sales and alliance team.
• Automate integration life cycle across the phases and minimise approvals etc.
• Working with the tech teams to standardize SOP and policies for SIT access and SIT onboarding of partners and work on SIT availability challenges to reduce the integration TAT across product lines.
• Coordinate between with partner and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvements and new product development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during all sales and integration processes.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, B2B Sales, or Tech consulting
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle
• MBA preferred, but not mandatory
