Product Manager

As a Product Manager at an early-stage AI/Fintech/E-commerce startup in India (Hyderabad), you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of our AI-powered platform. You will work closely with the founder and engineering team, owning the end-to-end product development process from MVP to market leader. Your responsibilities will include: - **Product Strategy & Ownership:** - Translate vision into product roadmaps and actionable requirements. - Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, market insights, and user feedback. - Collaborate with developers to ensure timely, high-quality releases. - **AI/ML & Data-Driven Development:** - Utilize AI/ML in product decisions, focusing on personalization and recommendations. - Monitor product performance using analytics and refine features accordingly. - **Quality Assurance:** - Act as the Quality Analyst for all releases, creating test cases, performing UAT, and ensuring seamless delivery. - Maintain a zero bugs in production mindset. - **Cross-Functional Startup Operations:** - Collaborate with vendors for integrations, APIs, and partnerships. - Coordinate product operations post-launch, ensuring stability, handling escalations, and seamless functioning. - Work closely with the digital marketing team to communicate product capabilities, user benefits, and differentiators. - Participate in go-to-market strategy sessions and campaigns. - **Market & User Research:** - Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate trends. - Engage with early adopters to gather feedback and guide product direction. - **Ownership Mindset:** - Be hands-on in all non-core technical areas, from vendor management to feature demos. - Proactively identify gaps and address them without waiting for instructions. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of Product Management/Ownership experience in startups. - Experience in at least one of: fintech, social media, e-commerce. - Basic Python skills or a willingness to learn quickly. - Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts in product contexts. - Proven track record in end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch. - Comfortable with US time zone overlap. - Absolutely no moonlighting. **Nice-to-Have:** - Exposure to growth marketing and digital acquisition channels. - Experience in QA or product testing.
